Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of LCT Lake Charles Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services We Provide

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in Lake Charles, LA and surrounding areas.

Estimates and Quotes

We offer free estimates for all our services. Estimates are based on the information you provide and our on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional work is needed once we begin the job. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. If you have questions about payment options, just ask when you call for your estimate.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and inform us of any known hazards on your property, including underground utilities, septic systems, or other obstacles. We'll take every precaution to protect your property, but you're responsible for moving any items you don't want damaged, like outdoor furniture, decorations, or vehicles.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. If we need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we'll contact you right away to find a new time that works for you.

Liability and Insurance

LCT Lake Charles Tree Services is fully insured for your protection. We maintain liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for our crew. In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our work, our insurance will cover repairs. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues we weren't informed about.

Permits and Regulations

Some tree removal projects require permits from the city of Lake Charles. While we can advise you on whether a permit is likely needed, you're ultimately responsible for obtaining any required permits before work begins. We're happy to help guide you through the process.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency tree services for urgent situations like storm damage or fallen trees. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the immediate response and after-hours work required. We'll discuss pricing with you before starting any emergency work whenever possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, let us know within 7 days and we'll do our best to make it right. However, we can't guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or pruning, as this depends on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and disease.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential losses that may result from our work or delays in completing it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
